Associate Product Manager (Web & Mobile)

About the Role

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our Product Team for the Patrika News Mobile App. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping and enhancing user-centric digital news experiences. You will collaborate across teams to define features, plan releases, analyse user behaviour, and ensure seamless execution of product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end product development for the mobile app.
• Identify user needs and define product requirements & feature specifications.
• Write user stories and maintain product documentation.
• Analyse user behaviour, app metrics, and performance trends.
• Conduct competitor and market research for continuous product improvement.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, and editorial teams.
• Assist in feature QA, testing, and validation before release.
• Participate in release planning and post-launch tracking.
• Ensure smooth communication and execution across stakeholders.

Skills & Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in product, technology, analytics or related fields.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of mobile app user journeys and UX thinking.
• Passion for digital news, media consumption, and mobile products.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience with tools such as: Firebase, Google Analytics, Figma, JIRA, or similar platforms
• Basic technical understanding of mobile apps and agile practices.
