Privacy Policy: Qrusible

Last Updated: July 14, 2026

At Qrusible, we value the trust you place in us when sharing your professional data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our talent network and assessment platform (the "Platform").

1. DATA WE COLLECT

We collect the personal data you provide and data generated when you use the Platform. Depending on how you use Qrusible, this may include:

  • Identity & contact data: Name, email address, and phone number.
  • Professional data: Resumes/CVs, work history, education, skills, and other information you upload or enter.
  • Application data: Job preferences (such as salary, notice period, contract or location preferences), answers to job-related questions, and related application details.
  • Assessment data: AI interviewer chat messages, interview transcripts, CV text used for assessment, and related evaluation outputs generated from your assessment.
  • Reference data: Names and contact details of professional references you choose to provide.
  • Account & technical data: Sign-in and session information, IP address, browser type, and device information used to access the Platform.

We do not require date of birth or gender to use the candidate Platform. If you later choose to share optional profile fields, we will process them only for the purposes described in this Policy.

2. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

Under the DPDP Act, we process your data for the following Specified Purposes:

  • To create and maintain your account and professional profile on the Qrusible network.
  • To run assessments (including AI-assisted interviews) so we can understand your experience and skills.
  • To match you with relevant roles and hiring clients across Qrusible—not only with a single job you may have opened when you started an application.
  • To share relevant application and assessment materials with hiring clients where there is a potential match.
  • To communicate about your account, applications, matching, and Platform updates.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the Platform, and to comply with legal obligations.

3. CONSENT & WITHDRAWAL

  • How we ask for consent: Where consent is required, we ask you to actively confirm through clear checkboxes or similar affirmative actions in the product—for example when you create an account, start an application for matching, provide professional references, or begin an AI assessment. Continuing alone is not treated as consent for those steps.
  • Withdrawal: You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at privacy@qrusible.com. Withdrawal may limit or end your ability to use parts of the Platform (including matching and assessments).
  • Note: Withdrawing consent for matching or assessment may result in us stopping further use of that data for those purposes and may include deleting related profile or application materials, subject to legal retention needs.

4. DATA SHARING & THIRD PARTIES

We do not sell your data. We share personal data only as needed to run the Platform, including with:

  • Hiring clients: When your profile or assessment indicates a potential fit, we may share relevant materials (such as contact details, CV information, preferences, and assessment transcripts or summaries) with matched hiring clients for recruitment—not limited to one role you clicked into.
  • Service providers (processors): Cloud hosting, authentication, storage, email, analytics, and AI assessment providers that process data on our behalf to deliver the Platform. They are engaged to follow appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
  • Law enforcement / legal requirement: Only when required by a valid legal order or applicable law.

5. DATA RETENTION & ERASURE

  • Retention: We store your data as long as your account is active and as needed for the purposes above.
  • Auto-Erasure: If your account remains inactive for a period of 3 years, we will deem the "Specified Purpose" as fulfilled and proceed to erase or anonymize your data, unless required otherwise by law.
  • Right to Erasure: You may request the immediate deletion of your data via your account settings.

6. YOUR RIGHTS (DATA PRINCIPAL RIGHTS)

Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:

  • Access: Request a summary of the data we hold about you.
  • Correction: Update or correct any inaccurate or incomplete professional information.
  • Nomination: Designate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.
  • Grievance Redressal: Raise concerns regarding how your data is handled.

To exercise these rights, email privacy@qrusible.com or contact our Grievance Officer (details below). We do not rely on a separate Help Centre page for privacy requests.

7. COOKIES & SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

We use cookies and similar technologies on the Platform. This section is our cookie notice (we do not maintain a separate Cookie Policy page).

  • Essential cookies: Required for sign-in, security, and core Platform features (for example, keeping you logged in and remembering where to return after authentication).
  • Analytics: We may use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used—for example, page views and key actions—so we can improve the Platform.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the Platform from working.

8. DATA SECURITY

We implement "Reasonable Security Safeguards" to prevent data breaches, including:

  • Encryption of data at rest and in transit.
  • Multi-factor authentication (MFA) for administrative access.
  • Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.

9. GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL OFFICER

If you have a complaint, please contact our Grievance Officer. Under Indian law, we are committed to responding to your grievance within 7 to 30 days.
